The prepared email opens in your email app. 51828 does not receive the quote unless you send that email.

Before sending

Remove homeowner names, street addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and account numbers before sending.
Remove contractor names, salesperson names, license numbers, phone numbers, and direct contact details unless the information is already public and necessary for a correction.
Do not send photos that show house numbers, vehicles, faces, signatures, QR codes, barcodes, or payment information.
51828 publishes only anonymized summaries, not raw invoices or documents.

Project type, such as roof replacement or HVAC repair.

State and city

City and state only. Street address is not accepted.

Project size

Square feet, system size, tree height, affected area, or another page-specific measurement.

Quote total

Total written contractor quote amount before financing, rebates, or insurance reimbursement.

Included items

Labor, materials, permits, cleanup, disposal, warranty, inspection, or follow-up visits included in the quote.

Excluded items

Known exclusions, open allowances, possible change orders, or items priced separately.

Quote date

Month and year are enough. Exact appointment date is not required.

Notes

Access, urgency, unusual scope, equipment model, material grade, or other context that explains the total.
